Hey guys, today I’m coming at you with the top 5 books I’d like to read this season! I’m not much of a seasonal reader, but, I am already freezing my touche off, so I tried to pick “warmer” reads that I figured would make me happy.

I will admit that we are only 2 days into Winter when I am writing this and I’m already listening to the audio. I haven’t had the time to go to the bookstore lately so, I caved and bought the audiobook. So far, I think it’s really interesting and I’ve been having a really fun time listening to it!
I am roughly 5 pages into this and so far I am mostly confused. There are soo many characters already and I’m hoping it starts to make sense soon. I don’t know if this is going to be my kind of book, but I am willing to give it a great shot!
I am planning on reading this as part of the Marvel-A-Thon as my Thor pick and I’m super excited to get to it! I have never heard a bad thing about this book and it’s been a while since I got a good cry in from a book so I think this book is well in order! I’m really excited about this one and can’t wait to get to it!
I’d love to re-read the whole trilogy but I don’t know how unrealistic that is, so I would at least like to re-read book one. I love this trilogy and think Brandon Sanderson creates really amazing worlds so I’m super excited to finally re-read these books!
If you know anything about me, you know that I loved Christina Henry’s Lost Boy so of course, I am excited about her newest book! I will admit that I’ve never actually seen The Little Mermaid, but I am really intrigued to see if this is anything like that with a sort of crossover with The Greatest Showman. I honestly have no idea what this is about, other than that it’s written by Christina Henry.

Hey guys, today I’m coming at you with my top 2018 releases. My goal for 2018 is to read more 2018 releases so I’m making this list to keep myself accountable and to show you guys what I want to read this year!
BENEATH THE SUGAR SKY // THE HAZEL WOOD
I am currently re-reading the Wayward Children series so I can get hyped for Beneath The Sugar Sky. As far as I”m aware this is the last book but I have heard some rumours that there might be some more books, so I am pretty excited!
I am also incredibly excited for The Hazel Wood, if you were hanging around my blog last year than you know I got pretty into dark fairytale type stories so when I heard about this book I knew I had to read it. GET HYPED PEOPLE.
THUNDERHEAD // THE THREADS WE WEAVE
Last year I read Scythe and loved it so of course, I have to read this. The cover looks amazing and the first book was just soo good so I need this now, please.
Ah, The Threads We Weave, I need to read you know. I love The Starbound trilogy so of course, I want to read this.
THE CRUEL PRINCE // MY PLAIN JANE
Okay, so I wasn’t sure if I was going to read The Cruel Prine or not because Fae are not my thing but whatever I’ve only heard good things so…
My Lady Jane was hilarious and the fact that these ladies are coming back to write about more lady Janies never fails to make my day better.
LEGENDARY // LEAH ON THE OFFBEAT
So, we have a theme with this post. Most of these books are in some way part of a series. and so, because Caraval was one of my favourite books of 2017 I absolutely have to read this one.
I don’t actually know how I feel about this one. Sure, I want more Simon and sure, I love Leah But, I still haven’t read Upside and I feel like I just have to read ALbertlli’s novels in publication order (I don’t know, I’m weird).

Hey guys today I’m coming at you with a blog clean up post! It’s a new year, I’ve finally graduated high school and I’ve now been blogging for a year and a half.
This post is mainly for me to discuss my new blogging goals for the year and for me to ask something of you guys. Before I get into my blogging goals for 2018, I wanted to ask you guys a question, no pressure if you haven’t been subscribed for long.
What blog posts do you guys most like to read from my blog? How do you think I could improve my blog?

Current amount of followers: As I’m writing this (the 27th) I have 238 followers
Followers Goal by 2018: By the end of 2018 I would love to have 400 followers but honestly if I just get over 300 I will be so happy!
THE READING GOALS
1. Okay, so obviously I have my year-long Harry Potter readathon, which you can read about here, but I also have another goal for the year. And the Beat The Backlist challenge which you can read about here.
2. As of now, I don’t know what number I will be rooting for on Goodreads next year but I’m thinking either 1, 50 or 52.
3. My main goal for the year is a big one though is to only read the books that were on my shelf, from the library/borrowed or a 2018 release.
This is because I want to be able to actually read the books on my shelves but I also want to read whatever comes out this year because I think I read about 5 2017 releases last year and that’s pretty lacklustre for me.
How could I improve my blog? What are your 2018 blogging goals?
