Hey everyone, welcome or welcome back to my blog! It’s been a wild month for me and somehow it’s over now! I’ve been experimenting with week-long reading experiments on my blog and I also co-hosted round 6 of the Graphicsathon this month AND I caught covid from my family, so it was a very hectic month with some great highs and major lows. But, all in all, I think it was a really good month and I read some new and old favourites! I’m officially so excited for August to see if I can keep this positive streak going!

- Something Wilder [01/07] π§β¨ – βββ – Not fantastic but this would make such a fun movie!
- Book Lovers [02/07] π§β¨ – βββ – Unfortunately, this was just so boring.
- A Chance For Us [03/07] π§β¨ – βββ – Very fast-paced but, I did still enjoy it!
- The Stranger In 8B [01 – 03/07] π§β¨ – βββ – I really enjoyed this one, I’ll definitely continue in this series as the books come out.
- We Had to Remove This Post [04/07] π§β¨ – ββββ – Absolutely disturbing but very well-written.
- So This Is Ever After [04/07] π§β¨π – βββ – Another book that would make a fun movie or show! This had an interesting world and cast of characters + love story, but it was so predictable and slow-paced that it was a bit boring, honestly.

- Cleopatra and Frankenstein [05/07] π§β¨ – ββ – It’s a no from me chief.
- See You Yesterday [06/07] π§β¨ – ββββ – This was truly the first time I’ve ever enjoyed the Groundhog day trope and I highly recommend this one!
- Kaiju Preservation Society [06 – 07/07] π§β¨ – βββ – A lot of fun!!
- Sea of Tranquility [07/07] π§β¨ – βββ – Great writing, boring story.
- In Deeper Waters [08/07] π§π – βββ – Not as good as So This Is Ever After, but I did still really enjoy this and I’ll definitely be reading whatever Lukens writes next!
- Perfect World Vol 10 [011/07] π£β¨ – βββ.5 – I haven’t been absolutely loving the last few volumes in this series but, I really enjoyed this one!
From the 11th to the 17th, I co-hosted the Graphicsathon over on Twitter

- A Sign of Affection Vol 1 [11/107] π£ – βββββ – absolutely gooped and gagged over this rn, this was so wholesome I need to pace around a room I’m feeling too many things all at once
- A Sign of Affection Vol 2 [11/07] π£ – ββββ – Not as good as the ultimate manga romance Sweat and Soap, but, this is still really cute!
- A Sign of Affection Vol 3 [11/07] π£ – βββ.5 – This series is so easy to binge!
- A Sign of Affection Vol 4 [11/07] π£ – βββββ – This was definitely my favourite volume so far!
- A Sign of Affection Vol 5 [11/07] π£β¨ – βββ.5 – I’m seriously loving this series! It’s so cute and such a fast read!
- A Sign of Affection Vol 6 [11/07] π£β¨ – βββ.5 – Okay that cliffhanger was unfair!

- SΓ©ance Tea Party [12/07] βββ.75 – I loved the cute spooky vibes!
- From Lukov with Love [12/07] π§π – ββββ- No joke, I literally put the audiobook on and just never turned it off. This cured 80% of my awful mood and distracted me from feeling icky. 10 brownie points.
- Marriage For One [14/07] ππ§ – ββββ.5 – I won’t lie, I absolutely love this book!
- The Wall of Winnipeg and Me [15 – 16/07] ππ§ – ββββ.5 – I’ve read this six times in just over a year if that tells you anything about how much I enjoy it.
- Stalking Jack The Ripper [16/07] ππ§ – βββ – I just was not in the mood for these characters today.
- Hunting Prince Dracula [17/07] ππ§ – βββ – Definitely better than book 1.
This is the week I got Covid-19 π so I pretty much didn’t read anything for a week [20-26/07]

- Caraval [18/07] ππ§ – βββ – It genuinely feels so good to be back in this world!
- Legendary [19/07] ππ§ – βββ – I cannot stand Tella so though I try, I will never be able to enjoy this book.
- Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland [27/07] ππ§ – ββββ – Absolutely ridiculous. but in a good way.
- Finale [20-28/07] π§ – ββ.75 – One day, someone will end a trilogy on a high note and we’ll all die of absolute and utter shock. This was not good.
- Indigo Ridge [29/07] π§ – βββ – Earlier this year I read book 2 in this series and enjoyed it but didn’t *love* it, but I randomly felt the urge to get back into this series and I have to say I really enjoyed this one and I genuinely think I’ll continue this series throughout the years as each book comes out.
- Juniper Hill [29-30/07] π§π – βββ.5 – I think this is my favourite book in the series so far, I’m a sucker for the single parent trope.
- Garnet Flats [30-31/07] π§β¨ – βββ – My least favourite book in the series so far, but still a pretty good read. I definitely think I’ll love book 4, it sounds completely up my alley!

- The Hating Game [02/07] π – βββ – Honestly this isn’t a good movie but I love the sets and it’s a good background movie so don’t be surprised if you keep seeing this in future wrap-ups.
- Persuasion [16/07] β¨ – ββ.5 – The sheer disrespect of this movie existing and also not putting Richard E Grant’s name on the poster.
- Once Upon A Time in Wonderland [22/07] π – βββ – It’s like a badly made and badly written student film but, I have this love for it that I’ll never be able to explain. I’m honestly shocked they made more than one episode.
- Gilmore Girls Season 1 [23-24/07] π – βββ – when you have covid you’re forced to automatically watch comfort tv
- Gilmore Girls Season 2 [24-26/07] π- βββ- there’s nothing quite like Luke’s rage rants to get me through a bad slump.
- Gilmore Girls Season 3 [26-27/07] π – βββ- so much Jess drama, so little time.
