Hey everyone, welcome or welcome back to my blog. I’ve been a bit in a blogging rut for the past week, wanting to post but not knowing what to talk about so I was going through my Goodreads shelves and decided to go through my Lowkey series tbr shelf just to check if there were any series I was no longer interested in and now here I am feeling inspired and ready to talk about all the series that I still haven’t read!

This trilogy has been on my tbr for years and I still haven’t read it! Part of the reason was honestly just because I couldn’t find the audiobooks anywhere for years but now my library has them so that excuse has gone out the window. I still might pick these up someday but I think that what’s really holding me back is just that these are about superheroes which I typically prefer only to read about in comics, or just to watch in movies. I’d love to know your opinions on the trilogy if you’ve read it!

The Artemis Fowl series is one of my favourites and a series that I love to recommend to others so the fact that I haven’t even started the companion series is actually kind of baffling to me. I own all of the books both physically and on audiobook so I think the only thing holding me back is that I can’t binge them yet because I don’t know how long the series will be. Either way, that’s a poor excuse and I know I’ll love these books whenever I decide to pick them up!

I have somehow still not read this series and I actually feel properly bad about it. I’ve heard only amazing things about The Broken Earth trilogy and I have book 1 on audio but I just haven’t taken the plunge yet!

I’m not sure how many books are in this series but I think it might just be 5 with the last book coming out this year. So either I’m going to finally find the audiobooks somewhere and binge this series or it’s going to, unfortunately, be another fantastic series that stands around on my Goodreads shelves until I eventually delete it years later.

Just this past month I finished the Jack West Jr series and absolutely loved it so I immediately went and put this entire series on hold and now my holds are coming in so hopefully you’ll see these books in a wrap up sooner than later!

I’ve heard absolutely fantastic things about this trilogy and I actually really love the cover for Jade City so it’s crazy that I still haven’t picked up this trilogy. I’m going to blame the fact that I haven’t been in the mood for an adult fantasy in a really long time. Hopefully I’ll get back in a fantasy mood soon!

I’m not a huge Superhero fan but I read Renegades last year and really liked it! I haven’t read the rest of books yet! I hope to sometime soon because they were really good. Also, the audiobook is AMAZINGGGGGG. I highly recommend it!

I seem to prefer superheroes in movies more than anything else but maybe I’ll give the first book a go! I’m glad you enjoyed it!

I want to read the Aru Shah series so badly, but it’s one I’ve been waiting for the finale since I feel like MG series are some of the only series I’m capable of marathon reading 😅 (and even then, rarely, as you know – lmao)

I think I’ll do the same but until then I think there’s a graphic novel of the first book is coming out this year too so I’ll have to read that too!

I also loved the Artemis Fowl books growing up but haven’t tried the Fowl Twins. I thought the last few Artemis Fowl books really dropped the ball so maybe that’s why I haven’t been too interested…

I agree, I love the series but it did taper off towards the end. I keep meaning to start The Fowl Twins but never get around to it, I expect I’ll binge-read the series when the last book comes out!
