- A Quiet Life in the Country [16/08] 🎧 – ⭐⭐⭐ – Such a fun book, I’ll definitely be continuing this series!
- In the Market for Murder [17/08] 🎧 – ⭐⭐⭐ – Not as good as the first book, but still a lot of fun!
- Seven Ancient Wonders [14 – 18/08] 🎧 – ⭐⭐⭐ – A cartoonish adventure but a lot of fun!!
- Death Around the Bend [18/08] 🎧 – ⭐⭐⭐ – A fun mystery but not as good as the first two!
- The Six Sacred Stones [25/08] 🎧🟣 – ⭐⭐⭐ – Maybe not as good as the first book but I love how cartoonish these adventures are and I already can’t wait to read the third book!

- Deadpool [01 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐ – I forgot how weird and inappropriate this movie is.
- Friends Season 8 [03 – 04 August] ⭐⭐⭐ – I’m going to say something controversial yet brave. Rachel and Joey should’ve been endgame.
- Venom [07 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐ – This movie is such a good vibe, it’s honestly so much fun!
- Shrek 2 [07 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 – 😢 it’s just so perfect 😢
- Cinderella [07 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ – I was about to say that I don’t know why I love this movie so much. But, it’s obviously Richard Madden.
- Captain America: The First Avenger [10 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐ – I’m going to attempt to watch the MCU in chronological order. Let’s see how far I get before I remember I don’t like most of these movies and give up.
- Late Night [15 August] – ⭐⭐⭐ – Emma Thompson is an amazing actor and men suck. A pretty good movie that I’ll never watch again.

This month I did a mini MCU re-watch in chronological order but I only watched my favourites and there were some mixed results! 😂
- Friends Season 9 [04 – 21 August] ⭐⭐⭐ – Keeping that controversial opinions going I defintiely ship Joey and Rachel but it definitely would have been weird if they’d paired up all the couples (and I definitely do not ship Ross and Rachel 🤮)
- Captain Marvel [21 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐.5 – This is such a fun movie!
- Guardians of The Galaxy Vol 1 [21 Augsut] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐ – I’m starting to really notice how violent James Gunn’s movie are. Like, wow. Also, that What…If episode has totally ruined these movies for me. Chadwick Boseman’s Star Lord is just so much better!
- Guardians of The Galaxy Vol 2 [21 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐.5 – That ending gets to me every time!
- Ant-Man [22 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Paul Rudd and the rest of the cast are the only reason this movie works!
- Friends Season 10 [21 – 22 August] ⭐⭐⭐ – This was okay but mostly I’m just glad this show is over.
- Black Panther [23 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ – A rough third act but this is still one of my favourite MCU movies!

- Suicide Squad [24 August] 🔁 – ⭐ – I still don’t understand how this movie got made.
- The Suicide Squad [26 August] ⭐.5 – This movie is what happens when you give people too much power. This is the only movie to ever make me physically sick.
- Raiders of The Lost Arc [27 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐⭐ – I recently watched a Cinema Therapy episode on this and it gave me such a bigger appreciation for this movie!
- Modern Family Season 1 [12 – 27 August] ⭐⭐⭐ – I’ve never seen this show before and I needed a new show to slowly binge and I’m really enjoying it so far. I absolutely love Phil and Gloria!
- Schmigadooon! [28 August] ⭐⭐⭐ – Such a fun idea, I lowkey hope we get a season 2 so I can get more Emma Tate content!
- Twilight [29 August] 🔁 – ⭐⭐ – I was going to rewatch and review this entire series but, I got to the end of this one and put those plans on hold! 😂
- Free Guy [31 August] ✨ – ⭐⭐⭐.5 – So much fun! I’ll definitely be watching this again whenever it hits a streaming service!

I love seeing all your stats! I started tacking mine recently and it’s so much fun! This post reminded me that I loved The Diviners but I had completely forgot to pick up the rest of the series, I really need to get on that lmao!

Wait I read Something Is Killing The Children too! Just the first volume so far, I have a review for it up tomorrow. I’ve been steadily watching the MCU movies the last couple of months, I am almost caught up, currently onto Loki and I want to watch all the Spider Movies before No Way Home.

Yeah, I was honestly so surprised! Thank you, I love seeing my stats all laid out in my wrap up! I think September’s wrap up will definitely be shorter but I’ve read and watched some faves which I’m excited to talk about!
