I’ve been in a bit of a slump all month but the Graphicsathon just started and that’s put me in a really good reading mood again which is exciting. So, this post is full of graphic novels, comics and managa!

Spy x Family Vol 3 | 📚
I’m currently reading Spy x Family Volume 3! I randomly picked this up at the library last week with no expectations, just knowing that a lot of people have really enjoyed the series and WOW, it’s amazing! It’s got the whole Mr and Mrs Smith plotline going on but I think it’s done better. It’s really funny and I honestly love the dynamic between all of the characters! I thought this would be another time where I read the first volume and never continued on with the series but I’m full on obssessed now!

The Way of The Househusband Vol 1-4 | 📚
I recently read volumes 1, 2, 3 and 4 of The Way of The Househusband and while I really enjoyed the first volume and I enjoy how quick these are to read due to the low-dialogue, all of these volumes just feel like filler episodes with really one dimensional characters. I would consider picking up the next volumes if there was a plot or character development, but at the moment I’m stopping here with the series.

I’m going a bit off my tbr with the first three but I’m honestly in such a big manga mood right now that I don’t even care!
Check, Please if the group read for Graphcisathon so I think I’ll be reading that on my lunch breaks over the next day or two. I’m really excited to re-read it. I also have Heartstopper Vol 3 on my phone so hopefully I can read that on my commute to and from work.
I’ve been in a really motivated mood for this readathon so I’m really hoping to get to all of these in the next few days!

Is spy x family good? I’ve been meaning to read it for a while, i just haven’t heard about it from anyone so i wasn’t sure if purchase it and try it or wait for someone to give me a rec.

It’s SO GOOD! It’s one of my absolute all-time favourite manga series now! I definitely recommend it!!
