Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog! I’m just ducking in here quickly to go through my Graphicsathon tbr and all the prompts for the readathon for anyone who missed the announcement earlier this month! I’m super excited about this round because I’ve finally manage to set it at a time where I don’t have assessments due so now I can read as much as I want without having to worry about other things!
You can find the StoryGraph reading challenge for this specifc round here. It’s a lot of fun seeing what everyone is adding to each prompt and I can’t wait to go through it after the readathon to see what everyone read! The google doc for this round should also be done in the next day or two so that will be linked on the Twitter!

THE GROUP READ
We wanted to find something as accessible as possible so we decided on Check, Please Volume 1 by Ngozi Ukazu as it’s available as a webcomic, ebook and a physical copy! This was also published in 2018 so it’s been out for a couple of years by now which hopefully means it will be more accessible to anyone who wants to buy it in-store or for anyone trying to find an e-copy. We hope you’ll join us in reading this and we can’t wait to discuss it with you during the readathon!
Find Check, Please Volume One on Goodreads here and StoryGraph here.

I think I will be participating in Graphicsathon after all! I want to reread the first 3 volumes of Heartstopper and read the 4th one for the first time. I want to catch up on Spy x Family. And I have three or four graphic novels that I want to pick up as well! I may not get to all of them during the readathon, but hopefully I’ll at least read a few!

So many amazing-looking prompt recommendations! I adored Gender Queer so I am really interested to see if I can pick up Gender: A Graphic Guide. Can’t wait to dive into this incredible event with you!

Good luck with your TBR! When I saw that Check Please was the group read, I knew I had to add it to my TBR as well, since I have been wanting to read it π I hope we both enjoy Spy x Family and the second Tea Dragon book π₯°
