Hey everyone, welcome back to my blog! Today I’m giving you all a quick update on my reading this past week or so! I’m sorry if this post is low energy or a bit shorter than usual, and I definitely haven’t read much, but my insomnia is kicking the life out of me at the moment and I’m bone-tired right now. But, uni starts up again tomorrow, so hopefully I’ll get some energy back from all the walking around!

Not me re-reading The Raven Boys in the year of our lord 2021. Look, the pandemic is legit stressing me out right now and I just watched the first 12 minutes of The Martian and literally stressed myself out to the point of tears so I’m just going to sit here in my feels and re-read a comfort novel.

I liked this one, the writing was cute and the characters were interesting but there was something that I didn’t like about it – maybe the contemporary setting??? Other than that, I loved the group dynamic and this was such a perfect dose of magical realism and reality! This was really really good and I’m honestly amazed at how few people have read it.

These coming weeks what I’d really like to focus on is, instead of overwhelming myself, I would like to finially finish the books I’ve started so I can get them out of my head, move on and finally pick up something new without feeling guilty.
