FEBRUARY TBR ⇀ Attempting 28 in 28 📚

In January I read a riduclous amount of books so guess who’s trying to make lightining strike twice! 😂🙈 I have to go back to Uni in March so I’m trying to fit in as much reading as I can before I am forced to really slow down and focus on other things. I will be going back to working two jobs this month so I have literally no idea how reading a book every day will go for me but I’m hoping I can catch up on the weekends.

Also, a fun update for my reading throughout this year. My tbrs have always been more of a guide for my reading and a show of the mood I’m in at the beginning of the month, but I’ve decided this year that I’m going stop forcing myself to read off my tbr if I’m not in the mood for the books. 2021 is about getting through out and being realistic. 2021 is the year of the mood read.

*If you’re interested to know my thoughts on a particular book though, please do still tell me because that will definitely give me extra motivation to pick it up!

I've decided 2021 will be entirely mood reading. I'll still post monthly tbrs but I'm not going to beat myself up if I don't read every single book.

• When No One Is Watching – Literally Dead Book Club pick for Feb –
• All Systems Red – A robot with feelings who just wants to sit on the couch and watch tv all day. Just @ me next time.
• A Court of Wings and Ruin – I started reading this a few months ago but never finished it so I’m tentatively thinking about re-reading books 1 and 2 and then reading this in a binge-format so I can read the new book.
• The Rig – I loved this when I read it for the first time back in high school and I recently had the urge to re-read it so here we are.
• Throne of Glass – I’m part of a book group that’s reading the entire ToG series throughout the year. I didn’t love The Assassin’s Blade so hopefully I’ll enjoy this more.

• A Pho Love Story – I’ve been highly anticipating this ever since I heard of it and I can’t wait to read it as soon as it comes out!
• The Risk – I cannot believe this is on my tbr. I’m scared.
• Enemies – I’m not someone who typically enjoys anything involving sports so this should be interesting!

These aren’t on my official tbr but I’d really like to re-read The House on The Cerulean Sea and maybe pick up The Invisible Library by Matt Haig. I was jsut recently watching Kayla’s ‘Reading Booktubers Favourite 2020 Books‘ video and she really got me in the mood to read them both so I’m hoping to get to them before the end of the month!

I am also hoping to read The City We Became since I’ve heard so many people talk about it and I’ve also got the audiobook of Because of Miss Bridgerton on hold on Libby so I’m sure I’ll get to it soon!
