Well, first I want to thank Ellyn for allowing me to be part of this amazing project, it’s a blessing.

I’ve been a reader for most of my life, I’m from Argentina, I’m 25 years old and I’m from Piscis & Proud Hufflepuff. At first, I only read in Spanish, which is my native language, but as I grow up and learn more English, a language that I always loved, I was encouraged to start reading more in this language and that has allowed me to expand my reading range a lot more, I’ve met new authors and also joined the Goodreads community, which changed my life, I began to interact with wonderful people from all over the world who also loved to read and I began to love talking about books and sharing my thoughts.

After a few years there, I decided that it was time to have my own space to talk about books, so I decided to create my blog, and since then I haven’t stopped growing and learning things every day of my life, it has been really a blessing to create my blog, A Book. A Thought. , I haven’t only found something I’m passionate about, but I’ve also met wonderful bloggers who inspire me and whom I admire as people.

In addition to reading and blogging, I’m also passionate about dance, I’ve been doing it since I was little and although I’ve never dedicated myself professionally, it’s something that I enjoy doing a lot, I specialize myself in Caribbean rhythms, then I love walking, I meditate a lot and I love being with my family and friends, although I also enjoy being with myself, you know?

Some fun facts: I love watching movies, especially horror ones, although it’s impossible to choose a favorite for me. My favorite color is light/blush pink & I die for watermelon, it’s like my favorite thing in the world lol. I have some favorite books, of course, but I couldn’t choose just one, it’s so difficult! I would mention some: I’ll Give you the Sun by Jandy Nelson, Radio Silence by Alice Oseman, The Wicked Deep by Shea Ernshaw, The Shadow and Bone Trilogy by Leigh Bardugo, Daughter of Smoke & Bone Trilogy by Laini Taylor & The Young Elites Trilogy by Marie Lu

A Fun Fact? OMG, I don’t know for sure … well, when I was little maybe 10 years old, I used to play I was the characters of the books I read lol, I took the role of the main character, if I liked it a lot, and played that I was her and she was me for a whole day, I was that weird lol

Of course, I blog about books, I LOVE to write reviews, in fact at the beginning I focused a lot on that, but then I started writing about other things reading/book relate and today I make tags, wrap-ups, TBRs, recommendations, all the most popular posts, but I also try to do original things and mix them with books, such as my ONE COZY READING NOOK/ONE BOOK series and Book Bloggers Monthly Appreciation, but I also plan to make bookish discussions in the future and more fun things, I’m very excited to try more different posts bookish related.

OMG, I don’t know, I really hope it’s a relaxed place where we can all chat and that every person who visits my blog feels that it’s valued and loved and can express his thoughts freely. It’s SO important for me, in addition to my content, my relationship with my readers, they really are my family, so I want them to feel as such and also have a voice inside my blog.

I hope I’ve understood the question well. When I just started, I used to upload a post when I just had the time, but then when it became something really important and a large part of my life, I decided to take it more seriously and I understood that I need to have all my schedules more organized, to be able to upload and fulfill with my blog perfectly. So what I do, almost always, is to write during the weekends for the whole week, I usually upload 3 posts a week, but I plan to upload 4 during 2020. I also try to be involved in the community, so I like to take maybe a couple of hours at least within my week or on Sundays to check other book blogs that I follow and give my support in that way as well. Now blogging is super incorporated into my life and although it takes me a good few hours because I like to edit everything a lot and all that, I think it’s worth it, it’s like therapy, you know? is good for my mind and also for my heart, so I hope to do this for hundreds years mores

YES, of course, I’m always trying to grow, I want success and growth for my blog, I would lie if I would say otherwise, right? but at the same time, I’ve learned a lot to enjoy what I have and how my blog is right now, I’m very lucky to have my blog for 3 years now and have the support of so many amazing people, so I live the now with my blog and surely in the future, I’ll make changes in it, especially in terms of its content, I always want and try to make it better, and with this, I want to say that it’s entertaining, original, interactive and also fun and I hope that everyone has a good time reading each post, that’s the main thing.

SO MANY THINGS! It’s crazy to think how much I’ve grown myself thanks to my blog, I haven’t only met incredible people from all over the world, as I mentioned before, but I’ve also practiced my writing a lot as well as the language, blogging in a language in which you don’t speak every day is a challenge, but it’s also a great learning journey, so I’m very grateful for that. I’ve also learned a lot what kind of books I like, which sounds crazy, but talking and writing continuously about books makes you understand what are those genres or styles that resonate with you and also dare you to try new genres that maybe you would never have read otherwise. I think it’s an enriching journey for me and I’m always learning things, but most of all I learned to be myself, you know? I learned that there’s no need to be like another for your blog to be recognized, or pretend that you’re someone else, but simply have fun and be honest about who you are, and with that, you’ll only see how everything starts to flow and grow naturally.

This is a difficult one, but I will choose the movie “A Dog’s Purpose” because it talks about loyalty, love and family and I think that being a super sensitive person, I resonate a lot with all those values and represent me in some way.  Also it makes me cry because follows a dog and I love dogs lol.  Maybe it sounds silly, but I just love that movie so I hope it is understood
I’m a Hufflpuff soul, what can I say? 🥺

As I was talking before about learning to be honest with who you are, I think it’s one of the keys if you’re also a blogger, I would also like to tell you that although I’m not an expert, of course, I’ve seen many people, that I love and respect as bloggers, feel very stressed about their blogs lately and really as a reader and consumer of blog content, I want to tell you that it’s okay to take a break if you need it, and really take care of yourself first, you’re not only come back with your energies renewed, but you’ll also see how ideas begin to flow to you and you’ll feel very excited about your blog. In addition to this remember how valuable your content is because no matter how many millions of blogs are out there, there will never be one like yours, and especially for my fellow international book bloggers, I want to tell you that no matter how difficult things get to us or how many obstacles are in our way, we’re able to do brilliant things and leave a mark within the community. You’re amazing and your work is valuable.
