Hi guys! Welcome back to my blog! Today I’m coming at you with the Stay Home tag for the Reading Rush readathon as well as my tbr for the readathon!

How is your reading going while staying home?
Honestly, it’s going better than expected. I’m already doing 30 in 30 this month but, I’m reading so many of the comics on my physical shelves and it’s making me really happy! I do wish I was reading more full length books as well but, I’m hoping I’ll finally get started on that in the next week!
Where have you been reading at home?
I’ve mostly been reading at my desk, either on audiobook while doing something else, or just reading comics in my chair before I write up my Goodreads review and go to bed!
Best book you’ve read during isolation?
Honestly, it might be The Hunger Games! I’m re-reading the trilogy with Rebecca before the prequel comes out next month, and THG is seriously good!
What is your ultimate “feel good” book?
Maybe A wrinkle in Time? I don’t tend to read books for the comfort feeling which is definitely weird, not that I’ve typed that… I usually prefer to watch movies to relax, rather than read a book. But, I do find A Wrinkle in Time to be a really relaxing read, so if I had to pick one that’d be it!
What is one book you wish you could buy/borrow from the library?
I currently have a growing list of books I’ll be putting n holds t the library once it’s open again, and I’d say the one I’m most eager to read would have to be Havenfall by Sara Holland because honestly, it sounds amazing!
An author you want to shout out?
I don’t know if it’s possible to shout out one author that everyone would love but, I’ll give it a go!
I recommend Christina Henry because she always writes amazing stories and she’s written some of my favourite retellings out there!
What Is On Your Reading Rush tbr?

- Read a book with a house on the cover – Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (I’ve technically started this but, I’m hoping to finish this during the readathon)
- Read a book in the same room the whole time – Giant Days Vol 11
- Read a book set somewhere you wish you could go – The Foxhole Court
- Read a book that will make you smile – A Wrinkle In Time

Have fun with the readathon! I’m not doing so great with my 30 in 30 so far because I keep starting long books, but this weekend I’ll catch up with a few mangas! 😊 Glad you’re enjoying your comics!

Haha I know how you feel, I tried to read The Final Empire in 48 hours and it was stressful!! Do you think you’ll make the full 30??
I’ve been reading a lot of comics and manga this month too, it’s been a lot of fun!

I’m definitely not making it haha, just read 1 manga and 2 comics, the rest was just full-length novels, novellas and I played tons of video games, so I had a lot of fun but didn’t reach my goal at all. Next time!
