So, for the past couple of months I’ve been pretty much going to school or sleeping and that’s been my entire life, but school is finishing up this week so I’m hoping that I’ll be able to binge read some books and finally marathon some series, since I don’t watch any tv during the school term.
And by marathon, I mean… watch one or two episodes per month because I actually find watching any more than that to be completely exhausting. Does anyone else love watching tv shows but find them really tiring? Honestly, this might be the reason I prefer movies so much more (you guys can’t tell, but I think I just blew my own mind).
I also will be working 2 jobs and doing working A LOT on my blog to try my darndest to get ahead on posts, so we’ll see which one comes out on top (jks, we all know it’ll be work π)
[IF YOU WANT TO SEE WHAT IβM WATCHING WHILE IβM WATCHING, YOU CAN CATCH ME ONΒ LETTERBOXDΒ &Β TVTIME]
A month ago I was in a big mood to watch tv shows which only really happens to me once or twice a year, so naturally, as soon as school has all but finished for me, I am not really in a mood to watch any tv. Also, I go back to school in a few weeks and I’ll be working 2 jobs, 6 days a week o I don’t know how much time I’ll have to do much of anything, but hopefully I’ll have a bit of time around Christmas, New Year?? I hope??? π€π€π€
The first show I’d like to watch a bunch of is Doctor Who. I started rewatching it a few months ago and was really loving it but I only got about halfway through season 1 before I kind f forgot I was watching it. DW is ne of my favourite shows of all time and I’m pretty sure there are a few of Matt Smith’s episodes that I haven’t seen and I definitely skipped at least a season of Capaldi so I’m hoping to watch at least a few seasons by the end of the year.
Next on my list is Lucifer. This is one of my favourite currently-running shows and it certainly helps that it’s all on Netflix already. I really love Lucifer as a character and I think Tom Ellis is a great actor so I’m hoping that I’ll be able to really make some headway with this because I’ve somehow only watched the first 2 seasons which obviously can’t be allowed to continue ESPECIALLY since Tom Welling is in season 3!
Third is actually a show I’m currently watching. I’ve seen the first season of Stranger Things twice ow but never felt the need to keep watching but my brother both really like the show so I’m watching it with them and my mother. I know this show has a cult following so I’m really hoping that I’ll start to like it too, especially since Samwise from Lord of The Rings is in season 2.
The last show I’m hoping to watch is Downton Abbey which has been on my radar since forever but, I’ve never actually actively gone to watch it. But, I recently watched the movie (I know, I watched the movie before the show I’m sorry) with my mum and was surprised by how much I loved it, so since there aren’t too many episodes per season and there are only like, 6 seasons I’m hoping I’ll get obsessed with it and end up binge-watching it towards the end of the year or something like that.
OOOOOOohhh yesss these all look amazing (and I saw Doctor Who sooo…. YES)
Have you watched Sherlock?? (BBC/Benadryl Cucumberpatch and the Hedgehog Himself) It’s sooo good! I finished the fourth season and it. is. HEARTBREAKING. (also it involves death in an aquarium which sets yET ANOTHER HIGH EXPECTATION FOR DEATH)

I have started watching it and it’s a lot of fun so far!
Lucifer is one of my favourites, but I’m a bit behind! I used to watch Supernatural but stopped around season 5-7ish, either way, I stopped watching around 2013/2014.
I highly recommend Doctor WHo, it’s one of my feel-good favourites! Have you started? Do you have a favourite Doctor? As you can see, I’m always down to talk about Doctor Who π
Thank you! π

OH MY FREAKING GOSH YAAAAAS – DOWNTON ABBEY IS MY LIFE!!!
Okay – now we’ve settled that, yes, you most definitely need to watch Downton Abbey. I think I must have re-watched it at the very least five times. You honestly get pulled into this lavish world and you become part of the family. I recommend watching with a pot of tea and some dunking biscuits – the true British way! Also Mathew is the swoon-y-est!
You’ll have to let me know what you think! Happy binge-ing! β€ Alexandra

I just finished season 1 and it is so much fun, I’m living for Maggie Smith! Yes, so far I’m loving Tom the driver, but I also love Mr Carson and Mr Bates! (I also love Anna wow maybe I just love all of them??)

I love both movies and TV shows, but I agree that TV shows can be tiring especially if it’s a long running one. I’m currently watching Mindhunter, which is intriguing but the pacing is really slow and the tone is really dark
I’m also watching Fresh Prince to give me some mood booster ahaha!

Yes, I am currently watching Avatar and I’m hoping to finish it soon because otherwise, I’ll stop watching and never continue! Ooh, I’ve heard good things about Mindhunter, how are you liking it?
Haha, yes, Fresh Prince! So much fun!
