Hey guys, welcome back to my blog! Today I’m coming at you with an update of how my reading has been going for the last couple of weeks, which is to say that it hasn’t, so I’m doing this in the hopes that talking about books I’m excited about will motivate me to actually pick up a book that isn’t for Uni.

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you can find my other WWW Wednesday posts and find my progress here.

You Must Not Miss

You Must Not Miss

So if we’re being honest, I haven’t actually started this one yet but it is the book I’ll be picking up next, and I am excited to get to it! I’m hoping I’ll be able to listen to it on the bus while I play Pokemon Go or something like that, on the way to school. I’ve heard great things about this one, so I’m super pumped to get to it, even if I know next to nothing about it!

The Great Gatsby

The Great Gatsby

Yes, I recently finished reading this pinnacle of English literature! … and I didn’t like it!

The Opal Deception (Artemis Fowl, Book 4)

Artemis Fowl & The Opal Deception

I am really hoping that once I finish (and start lol) You Must Not Miss, I’ll be able to dive back into the Artemis Fowl series. I started it earlier this year and have been really enjoying the books so hopefully, I’ll be able to fit this in between assignments.

    1. I wish I would’ve loved it, but I really didn’t!

I have been meaning to continue with it lately, but I keep forgetting! Hopefully, I’ll continue with Artemis soon!

  1. You Must Not Miss looks exactly like something I’d be interested in. I hope it’s good! Sucks that you didn’t like Gatsby. I actually found it entertaining when I read it. But classics – they often aren’t interesting or relevant I find these days. But that might just be me.

  2. Fitzgerald and me are not friends 😛 I remember having to read Gatsby in school and don’t think I’ll be doing a re-read. You Must Not Miss looks really interesting though. I hope that one turns out better for you 🙂
