Hey guys! Today I’m coming at you with som new Hogwarts House recommendations! I’ve said before onn my blog that if I went to Hogwarts I would be in Hufflepuff, but if we were being a little bit more accurate, I would be a Slytherpuff, which from what I’ve heard is a rare combination (*yay me* I’ve finally achieved something).

I mean, Dauntless seems pretty Slytherin, right? I recently re-read this one (and loved it omg) and was struck by how similar some of the characters are to the Hogwarts House.

I’ve only read book 1 in the trilogy so I can only talk about that and can’t account for any plot changes or character development/s in books 2 & 3. I think the Dauntless are pretty Slytherin, not because they are “badass” or “bad guys”, but because they are actually pretty smart, in my opinion. I think they really fit the Slytherin house because they are literally the embodiment of the house: proud, ambitious and cunning. They’re super slipper, super smart and I am definitely none of those things, but I love these guys because they would definitely cut a b*tch.

THE FEMALE OF THE SPECIES

Alex Craft is the Ultimate. I love her.

I would also like to be her best friend but also never cross her because she’s slightly (very) sketchy. Alex Craft is definitely cunning I mean the tag line is this: Alex Craft knows how to kill someone. And she doesn’t feel bad about it. She’s shady af and definitely goes about pretty much everything the wrong way but, I still love her because she’s also pretty relatable in that I also want to kill terrible men.

THREE DARK CROWNS

This is officially one of my new favourite books series of 2018 and I am so glad I decided to pick the books up. This is a very dark and intense series and it will most definitely give you a headache and it will most definitely be worth it. This series is told from 3 povs (each sister) and has a very dark  tone to it and is very intelligent and is very much focused on the politics in the work of the story.

This si a really dark and intense story and is also really inteeligent and deceiving. It’s phenomenal and definitely underrated. Please read it.

THE SEVEN HUSBANDS OF EVELYN HUGO

I love this book and I love Evelyn Hugo and everyone should read (or re-read) this book if they haven’t already. Evelyn Hugo is the total embodiment of a Slytherin. She is intelligent, cunning and definitely ambitious. She goes after what she wants and isn’t afraid to put herself out there.

I love her and I love how brave and ambitious she is and I especially love how many people have been reading this book lately.

  6. Definitely a Slytherin collection. And I have Seven Husbands on my to buy list.

    As for my house, Hufflepuff. I thinkmI might do this for Hufflepuff over on my blog! ☺️

      It’s so easy to fall in love with Evelyn Hugo! It’s a fantastic book and you should definitely try and buddy read it if you can, I think it would a really cool experience!
