MARVEL-A-THON UPDATE WEEK FOUR

Hey guys, today I’m coming at you with my Marvel-A-Thon wrap up for week 4!

MONDAY 25

It’s a new day and a new week which means new blog posts and a new me. Naturally, the new me is sick, but at least the new blog posts are kicking! I had one that I’ve been excited about for months go up today so I can’t wait for you guys to read it – it’s called The Lady Janies Book Tag – and it’s an original tag and I’m still screaming you guys!

It’s a miracle, I’ve finally finished a book! I just finished Ice Wolves and honestly I love Amie Kaufman but that book was so meh holy shit.

TUESDAY 26

Ugh, another day, another book being left unread. I think I’ve come to terms with not finishing the readathon at this point so I think I’m just going to chill and try listening to something different, like Divergent??

I pretty much spent the whole day out of the house. I ended up at the Lifeline Bookfest (again) since my trip went so poorly on Sunday but, I ended up not even buying any books for myself. I took one of my brothers with me and he found some Mythbusters and some other dvds (I found The Mummy 2!) but I ended up once again, only coming away with dvds, AT A BOOK SALE!???!??!!!

I don’t know if I’ll go back again or this is me officially giving up hope but, I think it’s safe to say that this has not been my year.

I just outlined (and organised) a post to go up on Tuesday and I am both excited and anxious about it. It involved my brother and my bookshelves so expect some mayhem!

WEDNESDAY 27

I am so glad I decided to pick up Divergent for a reread! I started it this morning and I’m roughly seven chapters in and having such a fun time!

I’m watching Friends now and writing blog posts but I actually can’t wait to pick it up again!

I am honestly so surprised by how much I’m enjoying re-reading Divergent. I’m going to put it down for the night and watch some more of Friends but, I will definitely be picking it back up tomorrow!

THURSDAY 28 & FRIDAY 29

I think I’m going to combine today and tomorrow purely because I have the same plans and my brother is home from school so I think all I’m going to do is play Mario Party and read Divergent.

SATURDAY 30

Today is the last day of Marvel-A-Thon and I know I really started to dwindle pretty quickly but I’m not even mad because I’ve already read so many books this month that I don’t think I would’ve read until years later.

As for today’s plans, I am going into the city with the fam and I’ll probably pick up The Loneliest Girl In The Universe or I’ll just continue with Divergent, either way, I’m just spending the day chilling.
