THE QUESTIONS
01 If you could cross two of your favourite books/ settings/ series, which two would that be?
The Giver and The Sandcastle Empire. I don’t know why but I just really like this combination. The giver has such a torn down dystopian no hope feel and by the end of Sandcastle Empire, the characters are starting to feel hopeful about the future. I would just love to see Jonas in the jungle with Eden.
02 Which book or series would you like to have a prequel of?
I feel like the obvious answer is Harry Potter but honestly, I don’t really care all that much, the only reason I would be reading it is purely for Remus. Though, I would mostly prefer to see a prequel to A Wrinkle in Time that focuses on Mrs Who, Whatsit and Which.
03 Which two authors would you love to see collaborate on a book together?
Honestly, I don’t really know. I feel like saying Meagan Spooner and Amie Kaufman is already so obvious. So, I might go with Madeleine L’Engle and Becky Albertalii. I really love A Wrinkle in Time and I love Simon Vs. The Homo Sapien’s Agenda so to have them work together would be so cool. I know that Madeleine actually died in 2007 but it would’ve been so cool.

I would actually love a harry potter prequel, but I’d only be reading it for Remus as well if I’m completely honest, maybe Sirius as well. Thanks so much for the tag 💕

Yeah… I am constantly debating this in my head. On one hand, we would learn so much more about The Marauders, on the other hand, I don’t really care…
I would just be reading this for Remus. I feel like with a prequel, JK would try to make Snape a better character and all the Snape sympathisers would come out of hiding, and I would not be excited by that.

Oooh I love your love for L’Engle. A prequel about all the Mrs. would be so cool! (although so would a HP one obv). Also Albertalli and L’Engle would be SUCH a cool mashup. There’d be some really cool science fiction elements and then some really solid characters and contemporary plot lines and great romance either way.

Right??? I have a great love for L’Engle, A Wrinkle In Time is honestly one of the best books ever and I absolutely love it and want everyone to read it. I had never really thought about it but now that I have, I am constantly thinking about it. They would have the best mashup book and the characters would be 👌👌👌
